Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
By submitting this booking, you agree to reserve the selected time slot. Payment options include full payment at the event, a 50% deposit with the remainder due at the event, or full prepayment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another event with 7+ days notice.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7+ days before the event will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to another event subject to availability. No-shows forfeit all payments.
3. Photo Delivery Timeline
Unedited preview gallery will be available within 1-2 weeks after the event. Once you select your photos, final edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks. Delivery times may vary during busy convention seasons.
4. Photo Selection & Editing
You will receive access to a preview gallery to select your included photos. Selected photos will be professionally edited. Additional photos beyond your package can be purchased. All editing is done by Nijio Photography - client edits or RAW files are not provided.
5. Usage Rights
You receive full personal usage rights for your edited photos including social media posting and printing. Nijio Photography retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media with proper credit to your cosplay. If you wish to remain anonymous, please notify me before the shoot.
6. Conduct & Safety
All participants must follow convention rules and photographer direction. Props and costumes must be con-safe. Nijio Photography reserves the right to end a session early without refund for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or violation of convention policies.
7. Force Majeure
If the event is cancelled, significantly delayed, or if either party cannot attend due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, bookings will be transferred to another event or refunded in full.
8. Liability
Nijio Photography is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the photoshoot. Participants assume all risks associated with their costumes, props, and participation.
